Melway 246 F8<\/p>\n<p><strong>When is the Country Music Festival Held?<\/strong><br \/>\nA: Annually, the first Saturday in February.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Can I camp there?<\/strong><br \/>\nA: Limited spaces at Whittlesea Showgrounds. Contact Graeme 0428 821 643<\/p>\n<p><strong>Where will the Festival be held this year?<\/strong><br \/>\nA: Friday Night at the Whittlesea Bowls Club then Saturday from 3.30pm there is a free concert to be held at Walker Reserve, Laurel Street, Whittlesea.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How long does the festival go for?<\/strong><br \/>\nA: The 2026 festival will be a one day event on Saturday 7th Feb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Does it cost?<\/strong><br \/>\nA.\u00a0It is a free event.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Do all the artists perform?<\/strong><br \/>\nA: Yes. All the artists advertised will be performing. The official web site will keep you up to date with any changes to the artists lineup.<br \/>\nDue to circumstances out of our control, the lineup may change without notice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Is there public transport to the festival?<\/strong><br \/>\nA: From Melbourne you get on a train to Mernda, then you can get a bus to Whittlesea. About a 20min drive.<br \/>\nMETLINK information line &#8211; 131638<\/p>\n<p><strong>Can I bring alcohol?<\/strong><br \/>\nA: Alcohol available to purchase.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Can I bring a picnic?<\/strong><br \/>\nA: Yes, however hot and cold food &amp; drinks are available over the whole weekend.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Disabled access?<\/strong><br \/>\nA: Yes and toilets available outside Cricket Pavilion<\/p>\n<p><strong>Is there any shade?<\/strong><br \/>\nA: Yes, some under trees, but a designated area is set aside for gazebos etc.,<\/p>\n<p><strong>Do I bring chairs\/rugs etc ?<\/strong><br \/>\nA: Yes, the arena is lush grass (very comfy)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Can I bring pets?<br \/>\n<\/strong>A: No pets<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Where is Whittlesea?
